1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website and book experiences or stays with The Flora Zanzibar, Unguja Ukuu, South Zanzibar. By sending a booking you agree to them.

2. Booking requests

A booking sent on this website is a request, not a confirmed reservation. We check availability and confirm by email, and we may also call or WhatsApp you. Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it. You can see its status at any time in My bookings.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are shown per person, per night or per package, as stated on each experience.
• The total on your booking is an estimate. If anything needs to change, we tell you before we confirm.
• No payment is taken on this website. We agree the payment details with you when we confirm your booking.

4. Changes and cancellations

• While your booking is waiting for confirmation, you can cancel it yourself in My bookings.
• After it is confirmed, please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel it.
• If we cannot provide an experience, for example because of weather, tides or safety, we will tell you and offer another date or experience, or cancel the booking.

5. Your visit

Please tell us about dietary needs, allergies, limited mobility and children in your group when you book. During activities in nature and on the water, follow the instructions of your guide and hosts.

6. Your account

Keep your password private and your details up to date. You are responsible for bookings made with your account.

7. Photos and content

The photos, videos and text on this website belong to The Flora Zanzibar or to their creators, listed on our photo & video credits page. Please do not reuse them without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
